We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the cleanliness, hotel facilities and location. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was great. It included eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, yogurt, and coffee. The staff was always friendly, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We also loved that there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to explore.

No negatives from this hotel. Our stay here was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

My Easter weekend was amazing! Two things that I loved about my stay were the indoor pool, which was perfect for the chilly weather, and the friendly staff. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. Plus, the free parking was a nice perk that saved us some money.

However, there were a few things that I didn't like about the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast wasn't great and lacked variety. It seemed like the hotel could have offered a little bit more, especially considering the price we paid for the room.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast which was well stocked with a good variety of options. The hotel's location was also convenient for me, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The room itself was cozy, and I especially enjoyed the comfortable beds.

There were a few issues during my stay that dampened my experience. The first was the dirty bathroom, with no more than one person being able to comfortably use it at a time. Additionally, the hotel could have been cleaner, with candy wrappers left under the bed. Finally, the breakfast eggs and cheese were not up to par and could use some improvement.

This hotel is perfectly located with numerous amenities within walking distance. Additionally, the rooms are truly comfortable and clean, the service provided by the staff is exceptional and the breakfast spread is delightful. As old people, we especially enjoyed the diverse range of leisure activities offered by the hotel, including the pool and fitness center. Lastly, the scenic view from our room was simply breathtaking, making our stay even more enjoyable!

One aspect of the hotel could be improved upon as there was a delay in changing the coffee bag causing us to miss out on our morning coffee.

We appreciated everything about the hotel: location and rooms. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Texas Roadhouse that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property. Nothing compares to Days Inn Columbia Mall.

The place was awesome, we thoroughly enjoyed it. An electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a coffee machine in the room were an advantage...

Fabulous base for exploring Grand Forks. Comfy bed, everywhere was very clean, staff were GREAT.

The hotel needs to be updated.

I thought the bed was very comfy. Nice little breakfast. Close to everything. Nice size room with fridge, microwave, iron, TV and coffee maker.

This may sound weird, but the pillows gave no support, very uncomfortable.

Bed sheets were dirty, had to be changed. looked like carpet hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly.

We especially appreciated the sheer convenience of the place. Our room was very comfortable and the location was very handy to the highway. Since we were on a long trip across the country we appreciate the restful nature of the place and the varied offerings for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly/helful. The hotel was ideally located for shopping and was within walking distance to all amenities.

Had a nice air conditioned room, King bed was very comfortable, staff was extremely nice and friendly.

The hot tub was not working during our stay which is part of a reason we like to go away to a hotel, to enjoy some relaxation. Pool was a lot smaller than we have seen in hotels in the past. Continental breakfast was over at 10am on Sat / Sun and would have liked to see it go to at least 11am on the weekends. Hallways and room smelled kind of musty/old, and could smell an undertone of smoke even though we were in the non-smoking section.
